The long trip across I 70 home has begun. Spend a pleasant night overlooking the Colorado river, with trains running during the course of the night only 150 feet away. Heading now after Denver across the planes and it to canvas. Back in 2019 just after I got into Kansas, in the middle of a snowstorm, I heard this loud explosion, and the defender became immobile. We were towed 100 miles or so to Topeka and discovered that the transmission and or transfer case failed. Let’s hope for better luck this time.
